• Look for announcements of certification exams here and on the member home page. They are held 1-2 times each year.
• Buy a manual from Ken Lagerquist and study it
• If you need to, take the plant identification course (listed below)
• Pass the exam (>70% score)
• Maintain your certification by earning 5 recertification credits each year - RECERTIFICATION FORM

• 2/18 - URI East Farm, Building 75, 6:30 p.m.
• 2/27 - URI Greenhouses 123, 6:30 p.m.
• You may take this free exam even if you did not take the plant ID course that just ended.
• The entire exam, written & plant ID, will be offered each date.
• If you do not pass either section of the exam you may retake it one time (3rd try costs $15). Eg. Fail on 2/4, retake 2/11 or 2/18.
• Walk-ins welcome!
